Fund can invest in eligible sectors, excluding:
- Shipbuilding (funds not be invested in companies in the field of shipbuilding, which is engaged in an activity in the area of 30.1 SCA - building ships and boats (Regulation on the Standard Classification of Activities (Official Gazette RS, no. 69/2007, 17/2008)) which reasonably coincide with the definition of the Framework on State aid to shipbuilding, Official Journal C 317, 30 12th 2003, pp. 11)
- coal (funds not be invested in businesses in the area of coal, which is engaged in an activity in the area 5.1 - SCA, which reasonably coincide with the definition of Council Regulation (EC). 1407/2002 of 23.7.2002)
- Steel (funds not be invested in the steel companies (section 24 - SCA), which are involved in activities related to the production of one or more products that are defined in the EC Regulation. 800/2008 of 6.08.2008);
- financial services including leasing and factoring (SCA - Section 64 - Financial service activities, except insurance and pension funds, Section 66 - Activities auxiliary to financial and insurance services)
- legal services (SCA - Group 69.1 - Legal activities)
- accounting services (NACE - group 69.2 - accounting, bookkeeping and auditing activities, tax consultancy)
- real estate services (SCA - section L - Real estate)
- production and sale of weapons (SCA - Class 01:15)
- Manufacture and sale of tobacco products or narcotic substances (NACE - group 25.4 - Manufacture of weapons and ammunition - Growing tobacco group 12 - Manufacture of tobacco products; Class 46.17 - Agents involved in the sale of food, beverages and tobacco; Class 46.21 - Wholesale Grains, tobacco, seeds and animal feeds; Class 46.35 - Wholesale of tobacco products; Class 46.39 - Non-specialized wholesale of food, beverages and tobacco; Class 47.26 - Retail sale in specialized stores of tobacco products; Class 47.81 - Retail sale via stalls and markets of food, beverages and tobacco);
